Since 1937, we have operated our company on the belief that success in business and good citizenship go hand-in-hand. Today, HITT's corporate responsibility plan lays forth a vision to achieve the commitment to our core value of “Be the Good.”

We focus our efforts on five key areas of corporate responsibility: community contributions, workforce wellbeing, environmental sustainability, innovation and partnerships, and governance and integrity.
