To uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, HITT has a stringent internal audit program that ensures accountability. In 2024, 36 areas of the business operations were selected and audited for compliance with policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices. As a result, our internal policies and procedures continue to evolve to ensure HITT is positioned to manage risk, strengthen controls, and maintain the highest standards of governance and accountability.

Leading by Example
Ethics and integrity are integral to HITT's risk mitigation practices. Our senior governing bodies are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity throughout the organization and upholding our formal risk mitigation processes throughout company operations.

​We proudly marked a new chapter of leadership in 2024, reflecting our commitment to progress and collaboration. Notably, a co-president succession plan culminated with the retirement of Jeremy Bardin, who was succeeded by Evan Antonides, an 18-year veteran of the firm. Through strategic succession planning and the organic promotion of proven leaders, we strengthened relationships with clients, partners, and team members. These transitions ensured a seamless path forward while fostering teamwork across all aspects of our business.
